How do I place an order?+
Simply browse our store, add products to your bag, then proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and choose your payment method. You'll receive confirmation via SMS.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and Card payments. COD is available for all areas within Bangladesh.
How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days within Dhaka and 3–5 business days to other districts. We ship nationwide across Bangladesh.
Is there free shipping?+
Yes! Orders over ৳3,500 qualify for free shipping anywhere in Bangladesh. For orders below this threshold, the delivery charge is ৳100 inside Dhaka Metropolitan Area and ৳150 outside Dhaka / all other districts.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order ID (shown at checkout and sent via SMS) to see real-time delivery status.
What is your return policy?+
We have an instant on-delivery return policy. When the delivery person arrives, inspect your items before accepting. If you are not satisfied, hand the products back to the delivery person on the spot and pay only the delivery charge. Once the delivery person leaves and you have accepted the order, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Are your products 100% authentic?+
Absolutely. Every product sold on GlamNGrace is sourced directly from authorised distributors and is 100% authentic. We never sell grey-market or counterfeit goods.
Can I use a coupon code?+
Yes! Enter your coupon code in the Checkout step of your bag. Discounts are applied automatically to your order total.
How do I cancel or modify my order?+
Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to cancel or change an order. We can modify orders that haven't yet been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently we ship within Bangladesh only. International shipping is coming soon — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.
